One day, the Sisters were talking and thought how wonderful it would be if we could honor Our Blessed Mother in a special way...
It was a wonderful idea.... but seemed like an impossible dream.
Sigh...
But we resolved to pray about it, as we do for all our special intentions
"That we can pay off the stained glass window restoration .... for the lady who wrote asking for prayers.... for the kind man who gave us $15.... for more vocations to our Congregation .... and for our special intention... but only if it is God's Will."
And then one day, the phone rang...
It was a benefactor. He wanted to do something SPECIAL for the Sisters with perpetual vows, to recognize their years of dedicated labor. "Reverend Mother," he said, "I want to send the Sisters on a trip. Something they will enjoy..."
It was the answer to our prayers! The Impossible Dream was going to become a reality! The Sisters were going to be able to go to Fatima for the 100th anniversary of Our Lady's Apparitions there!
Thank you, Blessed Mother! Our dream seemed impossible, but you found a way!
